Doing Hybrid Right _ "With the design of the new office we wanted to challenge the status quo and create a new dynamic work experience where people are enabled to interact, both professionally, and socially. Our aim was to strike just the right balance between respecting our core values as a law firm and meeting today’s evolving technology, people and sustainability requirements."Human centered design _ "In this multitenant building all rentable floors have the typical ‘office flexibility’ standard. As architects, we wanted to break through that and create an environment that welcomes and comforts people. Making the working environment part of life, in all its aspects. True materials, real beauty, architectural qualities, nature and furnishings that would fit just as well in an hospitality environment as at home. The triangle of working remotely, at third places and in the office becomes an easy flow. The balance between peaceful areas where focus work is key, and social areas where collaboration and knowledge sharing is stimulated, works out perfectly. The design proces was an interesting journey through remodeling the NRF organization and discovering the qualities and oportunities of this floor levels." _ Casper Schwarz, Roezanna Bajadjan, Elaine Keet, Geert Kok
